Début : septembre 2025 Durée : 6 mois Au sein de la Maison Christian Louboutin, vous intégrerez l’activité Sur-Mesure, un univers mêlant excellence artisanale, création artistique et relation client ultra-personnalisée. Vous assisterez le responsable de l’activité dans ses missions quotidiennes, avec un focus sur la gestion des commandes fournisseurs, du stock et des tâches administratives. Vos missions : 1. Support Opérationnel & Administratif Saisie et suivi des bons de commande fournisseurs (PO) Mise à jour des statuts de production et de livraison Vérification des données (références, quantités, délais) Classement, archivage et gestion documentaire 2. Suivi Logistique & Stock Coordination avec l’équipe de production Suivi des réceptions de pièces et mise à jour des inventaires Préparation de reportings hebdomadaires 3. Découverte de l’univers Sur-Mesure Participation à la coordination de projets clients (essayages, livraisons, shootings) Immersion dans les échanges avec le Studio, l’Atelier et les équipes Retail Contribution à l’amélioration continue des outils et process Profil recherché : Formation Bac3 à Bac5 (école de commerce, mode, gestion, luxe…) Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire Rigueur, sens du détail, autonomie Savoir-être professionnel et présentation soignée, en cohérence avec l’univers du luxe Proactivité, capacité et envie de faire avancer des projets uniques Aisance avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook) Intérêt pour l’univers du luxe, de la mode et de l’artisanat Ce que vous apprendrez : Les coulisses d’un service Sur-Mesure dans une Maison de luxe La gestion opérationnelle de projets d’exceptions/ et commandes clients La coordination entre création, production et expérience client À compétence égale, priorité aux bénéficiaires de l'obligation d'emploi. Within the Maison Christian Louboutin, you will join the Sur-Mesure activity, a world where exceptional craftsmanship, artistic creation, and ultra-personalized client relationships come together. You will assist the Sur-Mesure Manager in daily operations, with a focus on supplier order management, stock tracking, and administrative tasks. Your Missions: 1. Operational & Administrative Support Entry and follow-up of supplier purchase orders (POs) Updating production and delivery statuses Verifying data accuracy (references, quantities, deadlines) Filing, archiving, and document management 2. Logistics & Stock Monitoring Coordination with production team Tracking incoming pieces and updating inventories Preparing weekly reports 3. Immersion in the Bespoke Universe Supporting client project coordination (fittings, deliveries, photoshoots) Engaging with the Studio, the Atelier, and Retail teams Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and processes Profile : Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, fashion, management, luxury…) Fluent in English is mandatory Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous Professional demeanor and polished presentation aligned with the luxury universe Proactive mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to the advancement of unique projects Comfortable with office tools (Excel, Outlook) Strong interest in the world of luxury, fashion, or craftsmanship What You Will Learn: Behind-the-scenes of a Bespoke department in a luxury Maison Operational management of exceptional client projects Coordination between creation, production, and client experience With equal qualifications, priority is given to beneficiaries of the employment obligation.
