Job Description
This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join Stems’ dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to both the logistics and commercial departments and will report to the Logistics Manager. Duties and responsibilities will include: Managing daily stock intakes and performing stock comparisons with cold store facilities (using EDI-files) Updating and amending stock to ensure accurate inventory records Capturing container loadings on ERP system (DiPAR) Communicating precise loading instructions to cold store facilities Distributing relevant logistical documents to associated parties Signing off logistical invoices Providing essential administrative support to the Logistics and Commercial teams Overseeing document retrieval and storage (XML's/File Management) Requirements: 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the fruit industry High computer literacy, with a decent knowledge of Produce chain ERP systems being a strong advantage Proven abilities in organising, administration and problem-solving Strong focus on attention to detail Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans) A track record as an above-average team player
