Junior Investment Analyst

Industry: Investment Management Firm Location: Central Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am- 6pm Basic Bonus Responsibilities: Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate. Focus on Real Estate Main focus in Singapore also in Uk, Australia and New Zealand Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cashflow and investor return summary Assist the CIO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors Assist the CIO to manage investment bankers and financing proposal Assist the CIO to answer questions from investors Assist the CIO to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence Deep understanding of financial models Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields. Familiar with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis. Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
