Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Sales / Service Technician / Trim Carpenter to join our team! Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Resolve customer complaints and issues Assist in measuring jobs Repair and adjust steel security doors Troubleshoot and repair door Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service and construction Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented 5 years previous experience in construction or other related fields Strong carpentry skills and troubleshooting skills Trim Carpenter experience Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong customer service skills Clean Driving Record, No tickets.
