Job Description Job Description Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated Office Coordinator to affect positive growth for established, multi-million dollar veteran-owned relocation company. Since 1994, we have been providing domestic and international moving and storage solutions to Washington, DC’s elite clientele, transitioning DoD personnel, international corporations, and residential customers. We are seeking an eager Office Coordinator to support our Sales Department and facilitate continued expansion. As an Office Coordinator with our organization, you will proactively engage our target audience while serving as a liaison between customers and assigned Sales Representatives to ensure information is appropriately communicated and documented for a smooth relocation experience. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Answers and directs inbound phone calls Promptly researches and responds to various requests concerning RFQ’s, booked moves, date changes, inventory updates, required services and associated pricing, cancellations, deposits, and associated paperwork Schedules appointments for estimates and networking events Maintains inventory of marketing materials and places orders as needed Enters accurate and complete data into electronic files and maintains up-to-date information Implements strategies to positively promote company’s image, history and values, services and capabilities, and staff to help educate consumers, increase brand awareness, and facilitate continued growth Collaborates with Sales Department to create and distribute sales materials and to identify, attend, and/or sponsor pertinent events to accomplish sales objectives Researches, generates, and follows up on various leads and lead sources in accordance with organizational objectives and departmental goals Coordinates closely with Sales Department, Operations staff members, and customers regarding services to be provided and sends confirmation documents regarding upcoming scheduled moves Provides over-the-phone estimates for smaller relocation needs REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of Administrative, Customer Service, and/or Sales/Marketing experience or similar educational equivalent Professional phone presence and exceptional command of the English language (both verbal and written) Strong organizational, time management, investigative, computer/internet, and data entry skills Service-oriented attitude, along with a professional demeanor and an ability to work well independently Excellent follow through abilities MS CRM experience, to include email campaigns, is a plus!
