Job Description

Warehouse Operative Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with a passion for logistics and warehouse operations? Blue Arrow are working with a prestigious logistics organisation on their requirement for a Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team and help deliver excellence on a daily basis. This is a permanent opportunity with interviews taking place w/c 7th July. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30m to 4pm What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling orders for delivery or collection Receiving and storing incoming goods with precision Managing goods-in and goods-out processes Operating forklifts and warehouse machinery safely (training provided if needed) Conducting inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Reporting discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues Supporting continuous improvement and team collaboration Assisting with onboarding and training of new staff What You Bring: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS programs Familiarity with modern warehousing practices Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Physically fit and able to lift heavy items A valid UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) Forklift licence desirable (but not essential) Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
