You will work to ensure compliance through auditing, stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement activities and leading in the system development. In addition you will be accountable for day to day management of Shift Quality. Ensuring smooth running of quality to support business objectives & KPI achievement. Promoting standardisation of best practice and continuous improvement between shifts to ensure a consistent approach across shifts. As a QMS specialist you are accountable for Day to day management of shift quality team Coordinating activities relating to our Business Management Systems (BMS) Being the business system liaison for all departments Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, being the key point of contact for a range of third parties assessing our BMS Creating, implementing and monitoring audit schedules Leading the prioritisation and close out of internal audits Developing and leading the compliance and improvement management plan(s) Proactively monitoring overdue compliance actions to ensure completion Plan and attend audit opening and closing meetings, and co-ordinate responses to audit findings Establish and maintain records of all audits, including any findings raised, whilst also ensuring any findings are closed out with notification from the auditor. Communicate changes to the BMS, along with advice on their implications to working practices. The efficient preparation and management of business system documentation (creation, categorising, storing, updating, archiving and retrieval) Group Level auditing IATF 16949 ISO 14000 What will you bring?
