ABOUT THE ROLE: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting SHEIN Brazil’s Business Development main leaders, you will act as a consultative partner to senior management, implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals for growth and transformation. You will have a deep understanding of SHEIN’s unique, high-paced environment and closely support business development teams in acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent. Responsabilities: ● Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Business Development leaders and align people strategies with business objectives ● Proactively identify talent gaps, drive recruitment, onboarding, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience ● Empower managers and talent through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs ● Implement effective performance management processes and support goal setting, feedback, and career growth ● Design and facilitate employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote collaboration and inclusion ● Support organizational change initiatives to achieve smooth transitions and optimize business outcomes ● Partner with Total Rewards team to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs ● Use HR data and analytics to assess trends, measure effectiveness, and advise leadership on people decisions ● Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal policies, providing guidance to minimize HR risks Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree or above; ● 5 years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 2 years supporting commercial, business development, or sales divisions. ● Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor law. ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ● Proven track record of supporting fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments. ● Proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset. ● Fluent in both Portuguese and English At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
