If you can work 8 to 10 hours shift between driving and installation time and lift weight. We encourage you to apply! The candidate indicated will be a motivated team player with a clear background, working 8 to 10 hours a day between driving through Florida and installation time. Working Monday through Friday. This person will be able to use dollies, pallet jacks and handle heavy weight gym equipment pieces. As an installer you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site customer service and ensure safe transportation and installation. This role requires a blend of strength and the ability to work carefully and effectively in the field. Some stayovers might be part of a usual week at work. This is a 65,000 Annually income opportunity! Note: The driver position has a higher wage. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License. Clean background Punctuality and reliability. Personal Tool bag with basic hand tools. (*If hired, and tool bag is not available for the first day of work. We can accommodate a period of time to the new team member to acquire these tools after the first week of work*) Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to install and troubleshoot from start to finish in different environments. Typically, 2 to 4 people. Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch regarding ETA’s. Maintain operational efficiency and accurate records of installations. Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and Tool use knowledge. Attention to detail. Problem-solving Ability to: - Learn and communicate well with clients and team members. - Stand, kneel, crouch, walk, and lift. Típicamente, de 2 a 4 personas. Conducir vehículos de la empresa a los sitios de trabajo mientras se cumplen todas las leyes de tráfico y regulaciones de seguridad. Comunicar efectivamente con los clientes y la central sobre los tiempos estimados de llegada (ETA). Mantener la eficiencia operativa y registros precisos de las instalaciones. Qualificaciones: Fuerte aptitud mecánica y conocimiento del uso de herramientas. Atención al detalle. Habilidades para: - Aprender y comunicarse effectivamente con clientes y miembros del equipo. - Resolver problemas - Estar de pie, arrodillarse, agacharse, caminar y levantar.
