We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Administrator in Florida to help keep our operations running smoothly and support our growing team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home, with occasional in-person meetings as needed. During storm season, we may require some overtime to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our valued clients. What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for client and supplier calls, emails, and inquiries. Manage scheduling for the management team, including appointments and meetings. Keep accurate records and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Assist with billing, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks. Prepare reports and presentations to support office and project needs. Help the project management team stay on track by monitoring timelines and deliverables. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Contribute to a positive and professional environment by delivering excellent customer service. What We’re Looking For: Previous office administration experience (experience in roofing or "property insurance" is a plus). Experienced in Warranties, and permitting a plus! Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and confidence with technology. Strong in Social Media Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
