Reach Truck Operator

Job Description Job Description Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and experienced Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Reach Truck Operators to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment located in Taylor, PA. This is a physically active role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and prior experience operating warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate Electric Pallet Jacks and/or Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and stack products within the warehouse Complete accurate product picks based on order requirements Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with all warehouse safety protocols and procedures Support inventory control and participate in cycle counts as needed Requirements: Prior experience operating EPJ and/or Reach Truck (required) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory overtime Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player Attention to detail and commitment to safety Pay: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM): $18.05/hr 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $18.53/hr Schedule: Mandatory overtime 12-hour shifts 5 to 6 days per week Apply now through Midway Staffing to join a growing team in a high-energy warehouse setting!
