Job Description Job Description Role Description: We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of the expansion of our personalized gifting category across Amazon US and EU marketplaces. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational execution, and deep knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem. You will be responsible for scaling sales, optimizing product listings, managing advertising spend, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying new opportunities. Reporting: You will report to the Sr. Dir, Marketplaces. As this is a hands-on position supporting Amazon account’s global initiatives, you will be working independently, however, you will have the support of multiple teams where possible (i.e. analytics, regional sales, advertising, operations, digital shelf and content teams) in order to accomplish your objectives. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management Manage and optimize Amazon US personalized listings Manage and optimize Amazon EU/UK Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. Monitor key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage, account health) and implement strategies to improve them. Work with operations team in ensuring smooth FBA operations and stock management across multiple EU/UK markets. Product & Listing Optimization Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A Content, and backend keywords) for maximum discoverability and conversions. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance organic rankings. Oversee the launch of new products, ensuring they are set up correctly with variations, personalization options, and marketplace compliance. Personalization & Customer Experience Manage product customization and personalization workflows within Amazon, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with design and operations teams to optimize the personalization process. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to improve ratings and satisfaction. Market Expansion & Compliance Stay updated on Amazon EU/UK policies, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements. Explore opportunities for expansion into new Amazon marketplaces within the EU. Work with localization teams to refine listings for different languages and cultural preferences. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, buy box wins, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account (EU/UK experience preferred but not required). Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization. Experience with FBA, inventory management, and demand forecasting. Familiarity with Amazon personalization tools and customization workflows. Proficiency in using Amazon tools (Helium 10, JungleScout, Sellerboard, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
