In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads. You will be responsible for the measuring, prepping and baking bread batches on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads. If you are creative, hardworking, self-motivated and want to share your tasty creations with our customers, we’d like to hear from you! Duties and Responsibilities: measuring out batch of flour prepare for the day ahead Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas Bake a variety of breads Prepare custom orders Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary Qualifications: Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment Knowledge of food safety practices Previous experience decorating cakes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Team player Available for early morning shifts
