Job Description Job Description We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Oversee online and print marketing efforts Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis Excellent phone skills. Computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. Pleasant and cheerful disposition. Ability to work independently. Must be proactive. Manage and handle all greeting cards on the mailer list.
