The Hours Youll Work; Days and Nights 07.00am till 19.00pm 19.00pm till 07.00am Monday to Friday The Pay Youll Receive; £14.00 to £15.00 MTrecs New Opportunity; MTrec are currently recruiting several FLT Drivers for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Cramlington area. The Job Youll Do; Working in a fast paced stores environment Using FLT to relocate goods around shop floor Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Loading and moving waste from shop floor Manually picking items from order sheets and on line orders Manually transporting and moving products within the dispatch area Wrapping completed products in to packaging ready for dispatch Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work Booking goods in and out using in house computer systems Using computer systems to update stock systems Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required About You; Hold an in date CB cert, Experience in warehouse and distribution environment. Methodical with the ability to prioritise workload Good communication and listening skills. Ability to motivate the team to meet KPIs. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Problem solving skills. A good accuracy level is essential. Good numeracy and literacy. Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required. Aged 25 with full driving licence.
