Job Title: Site Superintendent – Regina, SK Location: Regina, SK Willing to relocate or travel from Calgary or nearby regions Are you an experienced Superintendent looking to take on a large-scale, high-impact project? We’re hiring for a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for an upcoming mixed-use development in Regina, SK. This project includes 300 multi-family residential units and 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety standards Coordinate with 5–10 laborers and general carpenters on site Manage and enforce subtrade schedules and scopes – this role requires strong subcontractor oversight and schedule management Report to the Construction Operations Manager and Project Management team Maintain open communication with head office and site team to support workflow and quality control Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Previous experience as a Site Superintendent on large multi-family and/or commercial construction projects Strong ability to manage timelines, subtrades, and enforce project standards Comfortable working independently and communicating with head office Willingness to relocate or travel for the duration of the project Familiarity with construction in Saskatchewan/Regina considered an asset Additional Details: Furnished apartment provided in Regina Open to candidates from Calgary or nearby who are willing to travel Flexible team environment with potential for future projects across Western Canada Competitive wage $120,000- $160,000 This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic and hands-on leadership role on a prominent project.
