This is a remote PJ role based in Brazil , ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment. You'll assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while working closely with our international team. Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Residing in Brazil and able to work as PJ Available to work early shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM BRT) Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in recruitment or HR Nice to Have: Prior admin or customer service experience Experience in multicultural or international environments
