Job Duties Under general supervision, performs or assists in all phases of assembling and disassembling Nitrogen service line equipment at work sites to provide support and intervention solutions for gas lift wells. Executes projects involving low and medium pressure nitrogen operations. Conducts pre-work equipment inspections and completes necessary documentation. Loads nitrogen equipment onto service center trucks, ensuring all equipment arrives at the site in good condition, and performs visual damage inspections. Assembles/disassembles, tests functionality, performs pressure tests, and operates equipment on-site. Communicates project objectives to the nitrogen team at the site. Inspects equipment before and after work for subsequent services. Maintains overall site organization and cleanliness. Operates trucks or other designated equipment as needed. The tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost control, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Errors have measurable consequences and can be contained. Must have passed company tests or meet task guideline requirements. Knowledge of service line equipment operation (e.g., pumps, tanks, Unipro II) is required. Successful completion of Essential Nitrogen and Nitrogen Operator training courses is necessary, along with the mentorship checklist for Assistant Operator/Service Operator. Familiarity with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes and responsibilities, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines, is essential. Given the nature of offshore work, strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are required. Basic math skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are necessary. Basic reading and writing skills are required. A commercial vehicle license may be required. Proficiency in operating three pump units and transport is necessary. Completion of all iLearn courses for the role and passing the driver evaluation (SEAL-Canada) for trailer units, if employed in Canada, are mandatory. Promotes safety and environmental awareness, complies with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and actively participates in quality improvement processes.
