Job Opening: Supervisor de Vendas - Região Norte at Plásticos MB Location: Região Norte do Brasil (Pará, Amazonas, Tocantins, Amapá, Roraima, Acre, Rondônia) Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to act as Supervisor de Vendas in the Northern Region. This role will be responsible for managing the local sales team, driving sales performance, developing new business, and strengthening the brand in the region. Responsibilities: Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring goals are met; Develop and implement sales strategies and market expansion plans; Manage client portfolios and prospect new business opportunities; Monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports; Assist in planning promotional campaigns and product launches; Conduct regular visits to clients and commercial partners; Train and develop the sales team, promoting best practices in customer service and negotiation. Requirements: Complete higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; Proven experience in external sales supervision, preferably in the North Region; Strong leadership and team management skills; Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service; Availability for frequent travel; Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Active driver's license (CNH); Reside in Pedreira-SP or nearby regions.
