We're looking for a Sales Analyst who is passionate about operational excellence and customer service. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers in all day-to-day (BAU) activities. You’ll ensure smooth contract execution, manage orders, quotes, and invoicing, and deliver a positive experience at every touchpoint. What you’ll do: Coordinate contract execution with internal and external teams. Manage the full order cycle: stock, quotes, order processing, and invoicing. Proactively handle customer inquiries and complaints to resolution. Support regulatory compliance and internal process requirements. Assist the Account Manager in driving account performance and delivery. Use data to identify improvement opportunities and flag issues. Lead or contribute to internal projects, acting as a process or system expert. What we’re looking for: 2-4 years of experience in similar roles Previous experience managing multiple (local or global) accounts. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset in English and Portuguese. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Solid knowledge of commercial processes, data analysis, and customer service.
