The successful candidate will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure the timely and accurate procurement of goods and services. You will be responsible for placing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring all items arrive on time and in good condition. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of procurement and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Purchase Order Management: Create and issue purchase orders based on demand planning and commercial plans. Ensure accuracy of order details (price,quantities, specifications, delivery timelines). Supplier Coordination Communicate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance and estimated delivery times. Follow up regularly to ensure adherence to agreed schedules. Resolve any order discrepancies or delays. Delivery & Logistics Tracking Monitor the delivery process to ensure items are received on time and in good condition. Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to confirm receipt of goods. Escalate and assist in resolving delivery or quality issues. Documentation & Record-Keeping Maintain up-to-date procurement records and supplier communications. Support the preparation of purchasing reports and supplier performance data. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing workflows and improve communication with suppliers. Provide input for continuous improvement of procurement practices. Requirements Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). CV MUST BE IN ENGLISH! 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination Purchasing background - at least 1 year of experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
