Base pay range: $105,383.00/yr - $137,000.00/yr Telework Eligible: Yes Major Duties Serve as Director for center operations performed by a Service Provider (SP). Direct and manage the work of the Continuing Government Activity (CGA) responsible for SP oversight, including implementing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Provide expert technical advice on distribution management to the center director and other managers. Analyze and modify plans, programs, and objectives to ensure optimal support to the customer. Participate in meetings with customers, contractors, officials, and military officers to negotiate or resolve issues. Manage the overall distribution mission and its programs as the Director of a distribution center. Establish and implement goals, long-range plans, and internal controls for operations. Evaluate performance, determine costs, and take corrective actions as needed. Qualification Summary To qualify, your resume must demonstrate: One year of specialized experience related to supply, maintenance, procurement, contract surveillance, transportation, inventory management, quality assurance, facilities, property management, safety, security, or disposal. Experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, including coordination of functions affecting center operations. Volunteer work and unpaid experience can be credited if relevant.
