Identify needs for acquiring personal protective equipment (PPE). Distribute PPE to employees, maintaining control over quantities and destinations. Manage administrative records of acquisitions, maintenance, and distribution of tools and PPE. Follow safety, quality management, and information management policies. Participate in internal meetings and training sessions, either in person or remotely, as promoted by Scania and/or Cotrasa. Keep process documentation updated, controlled, and archived electronically or physically. Stay updated on concepts, techniques, tools, methodologies, and trends relevant to the role.
