Responsibilities and duties: Perform inspections on post-construction client units according to company standards and monitor service orders to ensure good customer service. Attend to clients via the SUAT system and conduct unit inspections to identify issues and explain the services to be performed. Control service orders with GAPE providers via dashboards to ensure quality and timely execution within the scheduled SLA. Manage task deadlines using the SUAT system to ensure responses to clients within the expected timeframe. Assist the analyst/manager in GAPE for receiving inspections, assessing quality, and ensuring all pre-established requirements are met to maintain product quality. Support the analyst/manager in GAPE for handling legal actions through routine visits, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are aligned. Minimum requirements: High school diploma and Technical Course in Civil Construction. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Experience in construction or post-construction activities.
