Activities: Supervise and verify daily counts and inventory; Make purchases based on daily counts; Monitor store results via the Degust website; Oversee staff arrivals; Conduct daily briefings in the morning and afternoon; Create working conditions for the team; Be present during peak hours to serve customers; Maintain the store's upkeep; Interview and hire staff; Manage cash fund and hand over to the coordinator; Control the store's safe; Set and enforce rules with the team; Establish goals for coordinators; Develop action plans for store improvements; Monitor visits from consultants and nutritionists; Schedule days off and cleaning; Train and motivate both new and existing staff. Requirements: Complete higher education in Administration, Process Management, Gastronomy, or related fields; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience in the gastronomic industry; Knowledge of Food Safety; Understanding of food and beverages; Leadership experience; Proactive and agile; Committed with critical analysis skills; Good verbal and written communication; Focus on customer service excellence; Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
