The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth through strategic account management. Responsibilities Drive the sales process with BotCity’s high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and market positioning. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Contribute insights on enterprise customers and market trends to BotCity’s strategic planning. Requisitos Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in software sales within RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industries. Success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value relationships. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, especially with senior executives. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion. Ability to travel as needed. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing global accounts across multiple regions. Knowledge of industry verticals like finance and technology. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
