We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Executive Marketing Assistant to support the Creative Strategy Manager and our growing team. This role goes far beyond administrative support — you’ll be the operational backbone of our department, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, data is accurate and actionable, and initiatives receive the technical support they need to thrive. You’ll be managing key workflows, reporting on performance metrics, reviewing creative work through the lens of brand consistency, and driving operational excellence behind the scenes. How you will achieve success: Maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows (e.g., Process Street) Support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests Aggregate and report on KPIs for both brands and internal team performance Conduct deliverable quality checks for brand compliance and consistency Manage team calendars and department-level LTR updates Assist in catalog and creative content audits across various platforms Create, manage, and refine data spreadsheets and reporting dashboards Provide ongoing technical and organizational support for creative initiatives What experiences will help you in this role: Required: Please submit your resumes in English Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. We are open to fresh graduates. Internships/volunteer work involving project management.
