About the opportunity We have a vacancy for Logistics and Equipment Control Analyst to join our teams! Have you ever thought about working on the most complete and innovative end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform in Latin America? Open Hours: 8:30am to 17:30pm – Monday to Friday Job responsibilities Receive, check and store equipment and materials to support the operation on site at the customer's premises. Check, validate and request tax documents for shipping and returning goods; Freight forwarding and cargo collection; real-time tracking. Generate management reports on the movement of items and equipment, evaluating inputs and outputs, and the resulting balances by item, in the period; Align actions and flows with stakeholders, in order to seek continuous improvement of processes and ensure the accuracy of balances; Monitor inventory routines that carry out physical and systemic movement of balances, in order to generate management reports, pointing out any discrepancies, for evaluation and adjustment; Monitor outgoings for services to third parties, as well as other company units, with the appropriate return of the balance; Support management in generating reports and analyzing adjustments to periodic inventory events of materials and equipment Assistance to technicians, delivering and receiving materials and equipment Requirements Experience in the area. Completed high school education, preferably a degree in Logistics, Administration or similar. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package. Basic knowledge of tax concepts. Knowledge of ERP system concepts.
