Senior Principal Consultant– Wholesale Distribution – NetSuite ACS Join to apply for the Senior Principal Consultant– Wholesale Distribution – NetSuite ACS role at Oracle Job Description An experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to deliver quality work products and perform complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially leading solution design and implementation, coaching team members, and participating in business development activities. Responsibilities Identify and document customer NetSuite value gaps using proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Drive approaches to remediate gaps and reach consensus with customers. Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components. Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations. Collaborate with the Technical Services team to design, test, and review automations and integrations. Increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Coordinate with other ACS teams such as TS, POS, eCommerce, OpenAir, and Support. Follow internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience in NetSuite’s core vertical markets like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management. External consulting experience with C-suite interactions. Proficiency in English communication. Experience with requirements definition for complex customizations and integrations. Proven skills in custom development analysis, design, and testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to evolve customer business processes. Leadership experience in projects or teams. Finance or Accounting background is a plus.
