Your impact This position is crucial for implementing Massey Ferguson's Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in your region (Minas Gerais). The candidate will lead the execution of the Retail Process and related programs and actions through the dealer network to achieve the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in this region. You will also lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program, coordinate the sales of Massey Ferguson products through the dealership channel aligned with AGCO's Farmer First Strategy, and ensure the effective execution of the Commercial Plan by Massey Ferguson's dealers to meet market share and volume targets. Your experience and qualifications Experience in dealer co-management in business areas such as sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, and sales to fleet companies. Collaborate with the Marketing Department on advertising, promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs, and customer events. Work with Dealer Development to suggest restructuring and formulate action plans for submission to the Dealer Management Committee. Manage demonstration of commercial products. Commercial Tasks: Ensure the achievement of business plans for dealers, enabling full-line sales of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, hay tools, technologies, parts, and consortium). Analyze regional market conditions by product, culture, competition, and customer segments. Set regional commercial policies regarding discounts, negotiating with the pricing department when necessary. Lead the Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program, focusing on sales and maintenance actions. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering. Experience in AG markets (agrochemicals, fertilizers, AG machinery), construction equipment, or automotive segments. Knowledge of sales funnels. Willingness to travel. Product knowledge (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, hay tools, AG precision). Experience with customer segmentation and relationship programs in the AG market. Financial knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis).
