Job Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products. Handle returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork. Obtain orders and select products from proper locations. Verify accuracy of orders picked. Stage and securely pack products. Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact carriers, and coordinate schedules. Handle products according to client procedures and regulations. Palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers. Create shipping labels and maintain accurate shipping data. Operate various power equipment safely. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate issues to supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred). Warehouse experience (preferred).
