Senior Data Analyst, Brazil

As a Data Analyst on the Experimentation team, you will be the analytical backbone of our testing practice. Your role is to define, validate, and execute the methodologies behind A/B tests to ensure results are statistically sound and actionable. You will be responsible for writing clear queries, validating experimental integrity, and interpreting results with rigor. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and behavioral science partners — and drive the trustworthy, scalable analysis that powers learning and product innovation. Responsibilities: Partner with PMs, Behavioral Scientists, and Engineers to define metrics, MDEs, and data tracking requirements. Lead the analytical design of experiments by developing robust queries, power analyses, and randomization checks. Conduct pre-test diagnostics (baseline analysis, seasonality detection, sample size calculation). Own statistical validity: validate experiment setup and analyze outcomes with attention to p-values, effect sizes, and error risks. Partner with Behavioral Scientists to synthesize experiment results into insights — with clarity around uncertainty and tradeoffs. Support meta-analyses and iterative tracking of experiments to spot long-term patterns. Document statistical approaches and contribute to internal standards and best practices. Contribute analytical expertise to the Experimentation Platform development (dashboards, pipelines, automation). Proactively manage time and priorities in alignment with PM and TPM support — maintaining organized backlogs and clear communication. Requirements for this challenge: Solid experience as a Data Analyst Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
