Finance Manager

Job Responsibility: 1. Business Support and Collaboration: Review business contracts and payments, participate in the design of trade chain and financial solutions under new business models to avoid financial and tax risks, and provide decision-making support for the business team. 2. Supplier and Channel Customer Management: Support the reconciliation and settlement work of the company's suppliers and customers, be responsible for the management of channel customer's credit request, handle financial tasks such as channel customer's incentives, inventory, expenses, and payment collection. 3. Budget Management: Be responsible for budget preparation and rolling forecasts, and track the budget implementation progress on a monthly and quarterly basis. 4. Financial Analysis: Possess professional capabilities in financial accounting, use financial models to measure revenues, expenses, and profit, issue management reports, and provide basis and suggestions for management decision-making. 5. Financial and Tax Compliance management: Be familiar with Brazil tax policies and risks, provide financial and tax solutions for the business to reduce tax costs and risks. Job Requirement: 1. More than 5 years of financial work experience, possessing solid accounting knowledge and good financial analysis skills, with experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting and other related fields. 3. Language：Portuguese and English is required, Chinese is a plus. 4. Proficient in using office software and familiar with ERP (Oracle) systems is a plus.
