Inside Sales Intern

The ideal candidate will be acting directly with the support of the commercial team and sales strategies, optimizing the team's activities in order to maximize its performance and the solid and lasting development of the company. Responsibilities: Releasing Quotations and Orders in SAP Support the Inside Sales team in analyzing availability and preparing proposals in the system, processing quotes and orders accurately and on time. Availability analysis and demand management Give support to the Inside Sales team in the inventory analysis for the client, and operational support in the control tools (Excel, Power BI and SAP). Customer Journey Support Support the commercial and Marketing team in operational activities and support in market intelligence. Inbound and Outbound Marketing actions. Data Integrity Register new customers. Sales Force Update. SAP data optimization. Qualifications: Current student in a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economic Sciences. English language proficiency. Intermediate Excel. Organization. Good oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal relationship. Desirable: Knowledge in SAP Business One. Knowledge in CRM tools. Knowledge in Power BI.
