Technical Support L1 Here at Nelogica, we develop technological solutions for the financial market, offering several opportunities within our Technical Support team! Our products are a reference for operators in the stock market and cryptocurrencies. We seek professionals with an affinity for technology, the financial market, and customer service. Main responsibilities: Providing international customer service via Zendesk (chat and email); Supporting customers to ensure optimal use of our products (Profit, Vector, BlackArrow, etc.); Resolving queries and analyzing critical cases; Opening and monitoring calls through Jira; Collaborating proactively with the team to deliver customer-focused actions. Essential requirements: Technical education or ongoing undergraduate degree in technology areas; Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; Availability to work on a 5x2 shift with rotating days off; Willingness to work 100% in person in Porto Alegre/RS; Passion for customer service and problem-solving. Desirable skills: Knowledge of the financial market; Professional experience in technical support and multichannel service; Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms.
