As an Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering a best-in-class experience for both couriers and merchants across Uber Direct in Brazil. Your mission: ensure seamless and reliable operations that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and courier success. This role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with local and regional teams-including Marketplace, Commercial, and other Delivery Ops stakeholders-to solve complex problems, challenge the status quo, and drive operational excellence.
