Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities Organize promotional events and attend industry exhibitions or trade shows Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics such as ROI and engagement Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet campaign goals Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles Assist with SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing initiatives Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role Marketing, not only on social media platforms but also into African countries Must know how to Market from the bottom right to the top Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.) Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and Microsoft Office Suite Creative thinking with attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Desirable Skills: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword tools Understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
