Experience 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock management, or distribution. FMCG warehousing experience Experience in conducting time and motion studies Skills Proven experience designing warehouse layouts AutoCAD proficiency Demonstrated mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Strong data analysis capability, including the ability to collect, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data. Proven ability to translate data findings into practical layout adjustments and operational improvements. Familiarity and exposure to New Product Development (NPD) processes. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences. Ability to align and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to and understanding of lean or Kaizen practices and principles.
