Customer Service Representative

As a Sales Consultant, you will provide our customers with personalized insurance solutions while delivering outstanding service. You will have the chance to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and help them make informed decisions about our product and services. Responsibilities Represent the company and its products/services in a positive and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Track and report on sales activities and performance. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to engage and connect with clients. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or related field is a plus.
