Demand Planner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner Specialist with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in procurement and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, financial awareness, and team management skills, and will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities, working with international stakeholders, and improving inventory and risk strategies. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full procurement cycle: sourcing, negotiation, and contract management Analyze market trends, data, and financial risks to support strategic decisions Monitor and optimize inventory levels to improve efficiency and reduce costs Communicate with internal departments and international suppliers to ensure smooth operations Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Handle priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Drive continuous improvement and resolve issues that impact procurement performance Requirements 3 years of experience in demand planner or supply chain roles Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical and numerical skills (mathematical/statistical proficiency) Financial risk and inventory management expertise Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Nice to have Experience with international procurement or supply chain management Familiarity with procurement software/ERP Additional languages are a plus If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and team leadership, apply now: we’d love to hear from you!
