Traffic Specialist Location: Genoa, Italy (hybrid) Reports to: Head of Logistics, ECOM Italy Key Responsibilities Support and monitor supply chain operations Manage customer services Administrative activity support Goals Meet customer requirements and needs Optimize logistics procedures Ensure proper continuity of business What We’re Looking For Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken). Organizational Skills: Able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel and basic data analysis. Experience: Previous logistics or traffic coordination experience is a plus. Mindset: Dynamic, resourceful and motivated to drive process improvements.
