Take action and ownership, ensuring a magical client experience for our clients and handling your team and clients with personal care and empathy THE JOB Take ownership of your store with an entrepreneurial spirit, developing and sharing your store vision and being accountable for results Lead and coach the team to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand-crafted experience Play an active role in supporting your team on the sales floor, to drive individual and team objectives Create a long-term, authentic bond with your team by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion ESSENTIALS Being passionate about the client experience with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients. Communicating and storytelling with conviction, you master the ability to listen and ask the right questions. Acting and thinking first of the employee and client relationship. Empowering team members with autonomy to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm for a positive team spirit. Thinking innovatively of new ways of creating value and magic for the clients MISSION DETAILS Design, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and key performance indicators, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360°experience for the client Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other industries to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative, and approachable environment Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team, and also take action to solve problems with positive outcomes Coach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc.) Conduct regular reviews with the team including department managers to increase team performance and further develop their skills Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward thinking mindset Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals Languages : Proficiency in Italian and English, more languages will be advantageous.
