Job Description
Customer Success Analyst at Simplus a 1WorldSync Responsibilities include: Support the management of customer success areas with the implementation and monitoring of KPIs . Control conversion rates at all stages of the customer relationship process. Participate in the creation and execution of management processes. Transform data into relevant information, generating insights for strategic decision-making. Maximize the performance of current processes. Onboard and train customers on the platform. Support internal and external customer queries. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service. Proactive, motivated, and empathetic. Ability to work in a team.
