Your Role And Responsibilities As a Pipeline Coordinator, you will be developed to take actions that drive applicant flow across roles for both current openings and future pipelines. You’ll manage applicant intake, review applications, and move candidates from initial application to qualified shortlist. You’ll learn about the required skills and experience, review pipelines of preliminarily assessed applicants, and select qualified candidates. You will partner with the Recruiting Selection Specialist and Domain Recruiters for feedback and continuous learning. You are responsible for maintaining the health of the pipeline, monitoring aging applications, and providing data reports on candidate status. Responsibilities Prioritize candidate pipeline based on skill and business requirements. Manage the movement of candidates from application to shortlist. Maintain a healthy pipeline with pre-assessed candidates. Participate in weekly meetings with the Selection Specialist to understand hiring needs. Optimize the pipeline by managing aging candidates. Partner with IBM’s Talent Insights team for skill-based outreach campaigns. Monitor pipeline data and candidate progress. Disqualify candidates who do not meet criteria or fail assessments. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Skills and Experience Studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Flexibility to work across time zones with stakeholders. Ability to learn new processes and tools effectively. Experience analyzing reports from ATS tools. Strong communication skills with stakeholders. Curiosity and growth mindset. Team collaboration skills. Adaptability and outcome focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience in Customer Service or administrative roles. Knowledge of HR best practices. Understanding of recruitment metrics and data insights.
