ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Guarulhos, Brazil Job Responsibilities 1. Manage and execute quality control programs to ensure products meet quality standards. 2. Analyze quality data and propose improvement suggestions to enhance product quality. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of quality management policies and processes. 4. Participate in supply chain management to ensure supplier quality meets requirements. 5. Assist in training and guiding other employees to improve the overall team's quality awareness. Hiring Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to applicants with a relevant professional background. 2. At least 3 years of work experience in quality management. 3. Proficient in quality management tools and methods, such as Six Sigma. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 5. Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
