Important information about the role: Workplace: Metálicos - Cidade Industrial – Contagem/MG Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00 and Friday until 16:00 Work modality: On-site Activities: Supervise daily programming of subordinates in equipment manufacturing and overhaul, as well as inspection and preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, and lubrication of the unit; Supervise and guide electrical and mechanical maintenance teams in repair, disassembly, testing, and assembly of parts; Plan and oversee daily team activities, coordinating internal processes with planning, machining, boiler-making, quality control, painting, and warehouse sectors; Monitor manufacturing and/or overhaul of parts and equipment as scheduled for manufacturing, overhaul, and/or maintenance; Track and manage maintenance KPIs, conducting periodic analyses and proposing mitigation measures for deviations; Oversee and evaluate services provided by third parties according to internal standards and procedures. Knowledge and skills required: Education: Technical course in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (preventive and/or corrective); Experience with MS Office; Experience in metrology and failure analysis; Desirable experience with SAP modules PM and PP; Desirable experience with equipment overhaul and repair; Desirable experience with maintenance of machine tools; Desirable experience in quality documentation management (ISO 9001).
