Our Life Sciences Division offers expert services in cellular and molecular pharmacology, supporting the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries with innovative research methods and bioanalysis. We are dedicated to research into alternatives to animal testing and provide a wide range of in vitro solutions to promote cruelty-free practices in cosmetics and medicine. Job Description Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading Operational Excellence projects with the ability to interact and coach local employees at all levels. Coordinating team activities: creating and monitoring project plans, escalating challenges, managing interfaces, identifying solutions, and documenting impacts. Enhancing operational methodologies, developing training modules, reviewing proposals, and leading workshops. Partnering with department heads to identify gaps and propose improvements to enhance service levels. Auditing processes to improve efficiency, generate productivity gains, and optimize costs. Designing and implementing SOPs and policies to drive projects and best practices. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across Operations. Qualifications To succeed, you should have: A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related from a top-tier institution. 3-8 years of experience as a consultant or Operational Excellence engineer. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and a proven track record in continuous improvement. Ability to connect with professionals at all levels. A strong work ethic, discretion, and professionalism. Hands-on management style with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required.
