Our Life Sciences Division provides expert services in cellular and molecular pharmacology, supporting the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries with innovative research methods and bioanalysis. We are committed to research into alternatives to animal testing and offer a wide range of in vitro solutions to promote cruelty-free practices in cosmetics and medicine. Job Description Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading Operational Excellence projects: interacting with local employees at all levels and providing ongoing coaching. Team coordination: creating and monitoring project plans, escalating challenges, managing interfaces with local teams, and testing solutions to operational issues. Enhancing existing operational methodologies, developing training modules, reviewing proposals, and leading workshops to improve processes. Partnering with department heads to identify gaps and propose solutions to improve service levels. Auditing processes with an efficiency mindset to generate productivity gains and reduce operational costs, impacting margins. Designing and implementing SOPs and policies to drive projects and best practices across functions. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications To succeed, you should have: A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field from a top-tier institution. 3-8 years of experience as a consultant or Operational Excellence engineer. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and a proven track record in continuous improvement. Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization. Discretion, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Hands-on management style with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.
