We also collaborate with third-party logistics providers to deliver an end-to-end logistics solution at scale. Role Overview As a Sr Strategy & Operations Manager for Uber Direct Brazil, you'll ensure a seamless and high-performing experience for couriers and merchants. Your mission: build efficient, scalable operations that drive growth, satisfaction, and long-term success. This role involves strategic thinking, data-driven problem-solving, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration with regional stakeholders (Marketplace, Commercial, Product, etc.). What You'll Do Improve operations and merchant experience by partnering with Commercial teams to identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions for onboarding, service levels, and satisfaction. Use data to monitor marketplace health, identify pain points, and implement corrective actions. Design, test, and improve operational flows to enhance courier efficiency and merchant performance, collaborating across teams to execute high-impact opportunities. Lead initiatives that impact the growth and expansion of Uber Direct in Brazil. What You'll Need Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis. Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Proven ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving execution. A problem-solving mindset focused on root causes and scalable solutions. Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Bonus Points Experience with Python for automation and advanced data analysis. A proactive, hands-on attitude willing to challenge the status quo. Experience in last-mile logistics, marketplace operations, or platform-based business models.
