About The Role As a Program Manager on the Strategy and Planning team for LATAM, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting our regional tech strategy. In this role, you'll help bring complex global projects to life in the LATAM region, making sure they align with local priorities and removing any roadblocks along the way. You'll be the connector who brings the right people together, keeps everyone moving in the same direction, and ensures we deliver smart, effective solutions that make a difference. We're looking for someone who's hands-on, very comfortable with data and analysis, and passionate about solving problems. What You Will Do Design and implement smart tech solutions that support customer service strategies across Latin America, using data to guide decisions Lead initiatives to improve the tools and technologies our customer-facing teams use, working closely with regional and global partners Use both data and user feedback to understand support needs and turn those insights into meaningful technology improvements Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch complex global projects in the region - keeping efforts aligned, prioritized, and on track Dive deep into challenges to find root causes and propose clear, actionable solutions Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional and global teams - including CX, GSO, GDX, Engineering, and CO - to drive collaboration and shared success Basic Qualifications Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - You can spot challenges, design smart solutions, and drive them through to execution Solid program or project management experience - You're comfortable managing multiple moving parts, navigating resource limits, and keeping teams focused and aligned Excellent stakeholder management - You know how to build trust, influence without authority, and drive results even when you're not the direct owner Clear and confident communicator - You can craft strong written messages, build impactful presentations, and tailor your message to different audiences Hands-on mindset - You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to get things done High adaptability and a bias for action - You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adjust quickly to shifting priorities Strong execution and high standards - You follow through, refine processes, and don't stop until things run smoothly Curious and business-minded - You're always looking to learn more about the business and how to make tools and processes better Language fluency - Full fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese depending on location Experience - 7 years in program or project management, strategy, operations, or a related field Preferred Qualifications High-growth operations or startup experience SQL Six Sigma, Change Management, and/or Project Management certifications Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Internet Marketplace Platforms Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Uber by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Program Manager” roles.
